RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & COMPLAINTS

 

A. Order Cancellation

 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, production may already be in progress. If you still wish to cancel, you must wait until the item arrives and then request a return.

Refunds for approved cancellations are issued using the original payment method.

Address changes are only possible within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact us immediately at:

B. Damages & Complants

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

To process your claim, please include:

• clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

• your name and address

• order number

• description of the issue


If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

 


 

C. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email:

You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and undamaged

• returned in original packaging

• proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be requested by email before sending the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized items and sale items are non-returnable.

 


 

D. Incorrect Address Information

 

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

• Address changes are only possible within 24 hours

• Undeliverable packages may be returned or disposed of

• Re-shipping requires a new order

Packages not collected from the carrier or parcel shop are not eligible for refund.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
