By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.

  • dispatching the goods

3. Right of Withdrawal

 

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may already have begun.

 

 

 

4. Prices and Payment

 

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and any additional fees are displayed at checkout.

5. Production & Delivery

 

All products are made to order.

Production usually takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

 

 

 

6. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it, a new shipment requires a new order.

 

 

 

7. Retention of Title

 

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

 

 

8. Warranty & Defects

 

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Customers are requested to report visible transport damage immediately.

All artworks and designs sold in our store are original creations designed by Tuforca Studios, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use of our designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Our artworks are independent artistic interpretations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands or individuals represented.

 

 

 

10. Liability

 

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country remain unaffected.
